Jessica Rose

Jessica Hexum is an acrylic painter who helps prevent pollution of the mind and the outside environment. She advocates for mental health awareness through her art. With over a decade of experience in acrylics, Jessica paints on canvas as well as upcycled clothing. She has had her art featured in local businesses and takes commissions.

Growing up in the woods of rural Minnesota, Jessica found healing through nature, and features details of the natural world through both 2-D and 3-D elements within her work. Jessica's paintings feature various characters who are demonstrating relatable struggles with overall mental health as well as other topics that are not commonly discussed such as: Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, addiction, domestic violence and more.
